New Democracy

I plan to describe areas of popular concern, and if possible throw out as a starting point for debate a possible solution, though I sincerely hope to see others post their learned solutions for the betterment of all.  Maybe, just maybe, as a larger group brain we can fashion workable solutions and hopefully get enough attention behind them to see them implemented at large. But in the event we don’t, at least we gained some insight as to why things are the way they are.  I thank you for your support and input.
